ODYTA Summary
This weekend, from April 16 to 19, the heart of world skating beats strongly in Germany. The international elite gathers at the spectacular Arena Geisingen International, a competition now in its 16th edition and established as one of the most prestigious events on the calendar. Considered the fastest track on the planet, the 200-meter covered oval in Geisingen has seen speeds exceeding 54 km/h, making it a true temple of speed where only the best manage to stand out. Among representatives from more than 30 countries, Asturias will be proudly represented by seven young talents: Yoel Álvarez (A.D. Novares), Sara Bedia (A.D. Astur Patín), Lluna de los Bueis (A.D. Novares), Aitana González (C.P. Pelayo), Claudia Lobato (C.P. Pelayo), Martín Lobato (C.P. Pelayo), and Oliegtinis Mercado (C.P. Siero). Each stride in Geisingen will not only be a fight against the clock but also an opportunity for growth, experience, and self-improvement against the world's best skaters. From RollerZone, we continue to closely follow their participation, convinced that Asturian talent will once again leave its mark on one of the most demanding tracks on the planet.
