Patinódromo Armando Silva Rodrigues, integrated into the Complexo Desportivo do Arsenal de Canelas, is a benchmark facility for speed skating in Portugal. It has a 200 m banked track with Vesmaco Durflex 200 SP professional surface and a road circuit, regularly hosting national competitions, national-team training camps and international events, including the 2021 European Championship.

Training / camp usefulness
Excellent for competitive inline speed skating. 200 m banked track with Vesmaco Durflex 200 SP professional surface, plus road circuit. Regularly used for national-team training camps, talent-development programmes and national/international competitions.
Road access via Canelas/EN109. The Salreu halt is about 1 km from the complex. Sporting use of the track is managed by Associação Desportiva Arsenal de Canelas; for training or use outside events, prior contact with the club is recommended.
